Thanks to Mr Giovanni’s intuition and business spirit, in 1999 we had the idea of building machines for DRYING, POLISHING and SANITIZING cutlery. This represented an important innovation in the sector of food service equipment, and addressed the needs of many operators in the field.

1999 – 2019: On the occasion of the 20th anniversary, the EVOLUTION line was created and presented at HOST.
